Our club grows as it attracts new members.

We, of course, have people who have just recently

entered a first class to learn how to play bridge. We hope that
         they will become members.

We also have a significant number of developing players
who are just starting to play in duplicate games. They have

just joined the club after lessons and supervised play.

In addition, there are players who have moved into the
area from other locations around the country. Strangely, most

of them come from the colder northern climates. They usually
         join immediately.

Look for players who are new to the club, introduce

yourself, and make them feel welcome.
You will both benefit as will the club. You may even make

new friends or find new partners.
